Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.
Hand wash cool with a mild detergent and reshape the cups while damp, or machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a lingerie bag.
Air-dry only, away from direct heat — heat is what breaks down elastic, and it's the main reason a bra stops fitting. Store moulded cups stacked, never folded inside out.

Love love loveee the light feel! I’m 5’3 so I definitely trip over because there is so much length & fabric to play with! Nothing a little scrunching or hiking up the fabric like a skirt can’t fix! I feel This is deff tall girl friendly as well! I would say you can size down and still be comfy!
