ElysiaFit Refund & Replacement Policy
We're a small independent brand, and every order means the world to us. If something didn't go as expected, we'll make it right — please know there's a real woman on the other side, ready to help.

Incorrect Size
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. If you're having any issues with your order, reach out to our customer support team directly at support@elysiafit.com — we handle every case personally and will always do our best to find the right solution for you. Please include your order number when contacting us so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Product Questions & Feedback
At ElysiaFit, we're a small but passionate team working hard every day to improve our product and your experience. If you feel the product didn't quite meet your expectations, we genuinely want to hear from you. Reach out to us at support@elysiafit.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours and work with you personally to find a resolution — your feedback directly shapes how we grow and improve as a brand.

Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo or short video at support@elysiafit.com. Once we receive your proof, you choose: a free replacement shipped to you, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Delayed Deliveries
If your order has taken significantly longer than expected — 30 or more days — we'll proactively offer a 20% refund while your package continues its journey to you. You get the refund and your order.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items, promotional items, or gifts. All resolutions are handled directly through our support team, on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes
All requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. ElysiaFit reserves the right to request supporting information for any claim.
