Fit guide

Find your fit

Three things decide how a pair feels: the rise, the inseam and the compression. Here is how we use each.

Rise — where the waistband sits

  • High rise — sits at or just above the navel. Most coverage, most secure. Our default for training and everyday.
  • Mid rise — sits below the navel. Less coverage through the stomach, good in warm weather.

Inseam — how long the leg is

  • Full length — hits at the ankle. The standard choice.
  • 7/8 length — hits just above the ankle bone. Good if full length bunches on you.
  • Capri — mid-calf.
  • Biker short — mid-thigh.

Inseam measurements are listed on every product page. Our sizes are cut for a height of around [[chieu cao chuan cua rap, vi du 165-170cm]] — if you are taller or shorter than that, check the inseam number rather than the name.

Compression — how firm it feels

  • Soft-Touch — light. Feels like nothing. Rest days, yoga, travel.
  • Sculpt — firm. Holds and smooths. Lifting, HIIT, anything high-impact.
  • Featherlight — light and airy. Running and hot studios.

Between two sizes?

Size down if you want a compressive, held-in feel, or if you are buying Sculpt.
Size up if you want a relaxed feel, or if your hip measurement sits at the top of a size range.

Still unsure
