Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.
Hand wash cool with a mild detergent and reshape the cups while damp, or machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a lingerie bag.
Air-dry only, away from direct heat — heat is what breaks down elastic, and it's the main reason a bra stops fitting. Store moulded cups stacked, never folded inside out.

Ahhhh this is the best purchase I have made in a long time! It was so good, I bought it in another color! I do wish there were adjustable straps, but it's not a deal breaker. I will definitely buy other colors! You can even size down. For reference I am actively a size 18, or XXL. I sized down.
I ordered on a Monday and got my items the following Thursday. I am more of an XXL on top and a Medium on bottom ,But the XL fit well. I wore it all day and no riding up in the shorts and no falling out in top and I was able to nurse and go ti the bathroom with an ease! I Love Love this dress.

This is currently my favorite style of Halara dress. It’s not too tight, hugs in the right places, looser in the waist, so pretty. I chose pink and I’m so glad I did. It’s just beautiful. I am 5’ 3.5” and about 125lbs and the small fits great. I love not having to wear a bra with it also!

If you have any. Kind of back fat or tummy it's going to show. It's made of excellent material though I just need to fold mine up to feel confident in it. You can see what I do with mine in the pictures. I like it a lot. Def worth the price just wish it had more compression
