Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.
Hand wash cool with a mild detergent and reshape the cups while damp, or machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a lingerie bag.
Air-dry only, away from direct heat — heat is what breaks down elastic, and it's the main reason a bra stops fitting. Store moulded cups stacked, never folded inside out.

This is my second one and the tummy control is the best I've found. I love the leopard print. I'm 5'6 150 36DD and I got a M in both. The only difference with this one is there was no tag on it. I dont think it was worn but maybe returned? The protective liner was still on it but no tag. Still love

Hella HONEST REVIEW! Order your normal size! I’m 190lbs I ordered a large could size up if I wanted to only cause I’m a little bigger at my bottom. Really does suck your mama pouch in as well as the love handles. Isn’t uncomfortable and it is breathable.
