Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.
Hand wash cool with a mild detergent and reshape the cups while damp, or machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a lingerie bag.

This is a shockingly good balchonette bra, especially for the price. Cup size is accurate, band size is accurate, it’s stretchy and smoothing and the hardware is nice. I personally wish it wasn’t padded since I wear a larger cup but I love the bra
