Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.

The first picture acts as a before, with the other two having this bra on. It is VERY comfortable, the color is true to the picture (yay!), and I genuinely have never had a bra fit me so well. There is no spillage on the sides, I highly reccommend getting measured and looking at sister sizes to see what will work. Luckily my mom used to work at a bra place so she has always measured me.
