Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.

I’m a 34DD and bras are such a challenge to buy. They don’t always fit the cups right, or the band is ill fitting. But this bra is amazing. It holds everything so well. I love it so much I bought three more. The photo says it all. I am obsessed with this bra. It just came inn, so I dont know about the test of time or heavy wear. It is heavily padded, which is love. It looks gorgeous, I was worried it looked too bulky and didn't want to be wearing practically a crop top bra under a shirt.
