Measure snugly under the bust for your band, then around the fullest part of the bust for your cup, keeping the tape level all the way round.

Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.

Love it! Very comfortable. After having liposuction and arm lift brachioplasty surgery I purchased several of these compression garments. My surgeon said I must wear one 24 hours a day for the first five weeks and out of the 6 that I purchased. This one is definitely the most comfortable.
