5’7, ~200lb, size L. pretty solid faja for the price. i sized down bc i’m experienced with shape wear. i’m glad i sized down bc it snatched me! it is still comfortable to wear + sit in. top could use more support though, as someone whos chest dominant.
I am 4' 11'' 150 lbs and i got a medium. I wear it while In bartending at work or around the house & i really feel a difference! it's comfortable but I can't wear it for a long long period 4 hrs max usually bc it really snatches you.
