Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.
Hand wash cool with a mild detergent and reshape the cups while damp, or machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a lingerie bag.
Air-dry only, away from direct heat — heat is what breaks down elastic, and it's the main reason a bra stops fitting. Store moulded cups stacked, never folded inside out.

This would have been 5 stars but the shoulder to bottom of underarm a bit short in fit. Soft material cotton good the velcro band of course going to be thicker but way easier to do up than tiny little hooks. Becausr a bit short in fit at first harder to get on shoulders while wider tend to roll up a bit needs a stabilizer pad there. Not too warm to wear or sleep in. It is a solution if your hands cant do finer tasks.
I’m usually a 40C and sometimes between sizes, so I was nervous ordering online. The adjustable underband on this bra is such a smart design. I was able to tighten it just enough to feel supported without it digging in. It feels secure but still comfortable, and the front lays smoothly without bunching. Definitely true to size for me!!
