Cup size = bust measurement minus underbust measurement. A = 13 cm · B = 15 cm · C = 17 cm · D = 19 cm · E/DD = 21 cm · F/DDD = 23 cm · G = 25 cm.
Measure snugly, with a bra on, and keep the tape level all the way round. Between two bands? Go down a band and up a cup.
The difference between shapewear you wear once and shapewear you reach for weekly is whether it stays put. This one does.
Shaping You Can Train In
Compression panels through the waist and seat hold shape under movement, while the fabric stays opaque through a deep squat.
Flat Through the Middle
A reinforced front panel holds the stomach without pushing it up or down, so nothing spills over the top edge — the mistake most shapewear makes.
Lift, Not Flatten
Curved seams cup and lift instead of compressing flat — you keep your shape while the rest smooths out.
What You Get
- Reinforced front panel — flat through the middle, no roll-over

Size & Fit
Available S to 4XL. Measure your waist and hips and check the size chart — shapewear should feel firm, never painful. Between two sizes? Go up: a size too small rolls and digs, and you lose the smooth line you bought it for.
Care
Hand wash cool with a mild detergent, or machine wash on delicate inside a mesh bag with the hooks fastened. Air-dry flat — heat destroys the elastane that does the shaping, and that is what kills a piece of shapewear.
Moves the Way You Do
Four-way stretch follows you through sitting, reaching and twisting, then pulls back into shape instead of staying stretched out.
Flat Through the Middle
A reinforced front panel holds the stomach without pushing it up or down, so nothing spills over the top edge — the mistake most shapewear makes.
Fabric You'd Choose to Wear
Soft-spun yarn with a brushed inner face — closer to a second skin than to the stiff, clinical feel shapewear is known for.
Sits High, Stays High
The waistband reaches past the narrowest part of your waist, which is exactly why it doesn't roll down the way a low-rise one does.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my size?
Measure snugly under the bust for your band, then around the fullest part for your cup, keeping the tape level all the way round. Match both to the size chart on this page.
Between two bands? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves.
Will it show under fitted clothes?
Seamless and moulded styles are chosen specifically so the edge doesn't print through. Lace styles are finished flat, but under very thin jersey the lace texture can still read — pick a seamless style if that matters to you.
What if the fit isn't right?
Get in touch with your order number within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange or a refund. Items need to be unworn with tags on.
How should I wash it?
Hand wash cool and reshape the cups while damp, or machine wash on delicate inside a lingerie bag. Air-dry only — heat is what destroys elastic, and it's the main reason a bra stops fitting.
Wireless or underwire — which should I pick?
Underwire gives a more defined lift and holds shape under structured clothes. Wireless spreads support through the band and wins on comfort over long days. Both are graded across the same size range.
How long does delivery take?
Free shipping on every order, delivered in 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
