Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.

The shorts have pockets aswell as a liner inside of the shorts. It comes with a tank top to go over it; wich you could swim in as well if you want too because it’s swim suit material!
