Between two band sizes? Go down a band and up a cup — the volume stays the same and the support improves. The band should sit level across your back and stay put when you raise your arms; if it rides up, the band is too big.
Hand wash cool with a mild detergent and reshape the cups while damp, or machine wash on a delicate cycle inside a lingerie bag.
Air-dry only, away from direct heat — heat is what breaks down elastic, and it's the main reason a bra stops fitting. Store moulded cups stacked, never folded inside out.

This looks much nicer in person than in the listing photos, which often isn't the case with these types of things. Everything is soft and stretchy and flattering and doesn't have any annoying stiffness to it even remotely. You will want to remove/cut off the tags as they're hard and obnoxious. I don't see anything coming unraveled or poorly constructed, nothing pokes me with the lining. The bra is adjustable and very cute on.

I love this set. It’s very soft, perfectly stretchy, not too thick and a beautiful color. The straps are adjustable (which is nice for small boobies like mine) I haven’t washed it yet- so hopefully it holds the color. I’m 5’8, 153 lbs, I ordered a size medium and it fit spectacularly.
